Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@primeliora.com. All returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after the return request has been reviewed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if they receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Clear photos may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
